I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 4-7 days processing and production time for your order to ship out.

The item is free? What about shipping?

Because shipping overseas can be expensive, we do charge shipping on all items that are free.  This is stated in all advertisements and in the description of all free plus shipping items.  Everything else that has a price-tag though ships all over the world for 100% free.

How long is the shipping time?

U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS and international orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Average transit times to the United States: 5-20 business days
  • Average transit times on international orders: 17-45 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements.  While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.  For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality, yet affordable products.  In most cases you will receive tracking for your order, however sometimes, due to circumstances out of our control, you may not receive a tracking number.  In these cases please know that each package is insured and you will receive it within the time frame established above.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, however, you must cancel within 12 hours of purchasing for the cancellation to be applied.  If the item has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order as all products are made to order.  Thank you for your understanding.

I have entered an incorrect address!!!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information within 12 hours of purchasing.  Notify us immediately via email at info@theclassyhound.com  If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours, however, once shipped there is unfortunately nothing we can do, so please ensure that all information is correct upon purchasing to avoid potential issues.

We do receive a large number of emails, if you wish to get a prompt response, please attach your order number and address the problem clearly

When emailing, please do not send more than one email.  Sending more than one will result in the customer being pushed back to a later queue.
